- Will My Package Be Sent to the Shipping Address In the shopping Cart?
No. Your Santa Letter Packages are sent to the Address of the Child on the Page where you have entered the information about the child. The Shipping address on the checkout page is for payment verification only.

- How do you personalize a child's letter from Santa?
With your help. On our order page, you'll answer a few questions and tell us things that only you and "Santa" would know and we'll do the rest. Each letter is reviewed individually by Santa's helpers for continuity and personalization.

- I have more than one child. Will they all receive the same letter?
No. Santa has several versions of his Christmas letters. He can write slightly different letters for up to 5 children. Plus remember each letter is personalized with details specific to a child (or adult).

- When will the letters arrive?
To keep the mailings near the holidays and to help build excitement, letters are mailed beginning the day after Thanksgiving. Any request received before then will be held until then.
Processing normally takes 1-3 business days depending on the volume of letters received, plus an additional 3-5 business days for postal delivery.
All orders are shipped FREE via first class mail. After December 12th, you will need to upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout time to guarantee delivery by Christmas. The additional cost will be $3.00 per Santa Letter Package, because each package is mailed separately. You still have the option for FREE shipping, but please be advised that delivery may take longer the closer we get to Christmas due to the busy holiday season for the Post Office.

- How late can I order?
Orders will be taken until midnight December 17th.
All orders are shipped FREE via first class mail. After December 12th, you will need to upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout time to guarantee delivery by Christmas. The additional cost will be $4.75 per Santa Letter Package, because each package is mailed separately. You still have the option for FREE shipping, but please be advised that delivery could take up to 7 days, excluding Sundays.

- Are your letters postmarked from the real North Pole?
Santa has helpers everywhere. His helpers will use a North Pole stamp that is a replica of the real North Pole postmark. To get an authentic stamp, all letters would have to be mailed to North Pole, Alaska and then remailed to the recipient. We want to eliminate this delay and potential for lost or late arrival of letters.

- Why order a greeting card over the Internet?
Our helpers can save you time and money. Our recent survey found store bought holiday cards range from $2.50 to $4.99 each on average. Add postage and your time filling out cards and you can have a value well over $5.00 per card. Remember our cards are personalized and include free postage for every recipient on your list.

To ensure the accurancy of your personalized information we only accept orders online. If you have questions please email us or use or live online chat operator. If you do choose to call us we can respond usually within 1-24 hours.

- I paid by check. Will you send my order before payment is received?
We hold all orders that are to be paid by check until payment is received. To make sure your order arrives on time, Please send all orders by check by December 7th. The payment by check option will be removed after then.

- I have a newborn, do you have a Santa letter for newborns?
We will customize special letters for newborns. This year, special babys first Christmas stockings are available in our Gold packages.

- Where will my gift items be sent to?
If you order items other than Santa letters like, ornaments or stand alone plush toys or stockings, they will be shipped to the ship to address in your shopping cart. Santa letters are all shipped to the address of the recipient you entered on the product page.
